Hello friends,

As many of you know, I volunteer every Tuesday night at the Community Animal Rescue Effort (C.A.R.E.), an all volunteer organization that works in conjunction with Evanston's municipal Animal Shelter to find homes for unwanted and abandoned animals.  On Saturday May 12, 2012 Honey, my shiba inu, Jonathan and I will part-take in Strut for Strays, a 5K  that will help raise much needed funds for the shelter.  Please support CARE and the Tuesday Night Kennel Crew by donating whatever you can spare.  Or better yet, come cheer us on in person and enjoy the doggie carnival, refreshments and fun activities we have planned for you and your canine friends.
