Brock Himan is currently the Board Chair for Meals on Wheels in Asheville/Buncombe County. Since moving to Asheville 12 years ago he and his family have been active volunteers for MOW and are passionate about getting hot meals to the homebound elderly. Brock and his wife Cathy have three young boys and enjoy taking them to deliver meals when possible.

The 2012 Polar Bear Plunge will be held Saturday, February 11th and hosted by the Asheville Racquet Club. Meals On Wheels invites individuals and local celebrities to "take the plunge" to help feed the elderly homebound of Asheville and Buncombe County.
