My sisters and I are so excited about volunteering for this year's Hi-Fi Sprint Triathlon in Galveston, TX and about fundraising for Cherish Our Children International (COCI).  It is a great organization that helps children all around the world including the US and Mexico.

Diane, Peggy and I have been partnering together in a new endeavor to work out, eat right, and be healthy.  It has been an amazing journey so far.  So we have decided to participate with Team COCI and support the athletes as they too strive to reach their desired fitness levels.

This is truly a once in a lifetime experience for us, and we appreciate your being a part of it.  We know that with your support and encouragement, we can make a difference not only for the triathletes but for children around the world who deserve to have great lives!
