My dear friends,

This is a picture of my daughter Pamela's sons. My beloved son-in-law Randy, who is only 40, has been recently diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). At this time, there is no cure but there is aggressive research going on. This has been devastating for Pam, Randy and the boys and our entire  family. Randy is working hard at staying positive and is doing everthing possible to keep life as normal as he can for Pam and the boys. They are typical young boys and are a handful but a great diversion .

I will be walking for a cure on September 12th sponsored by the Angel Fund and would greatly appreciate any gift of any size that you may be able to give. All proceeds donated remain local. Umass Worcester has Dr. Robert H.Brown (Randy's Neurologist) who is the leading researcher for ALS in the country. We remain optomistic that a cure can and will be found in time to help Randy.
