CleanTechies is supporting GRID Alternatives - a fabulous non-profit that is committed to providing renewable energy and efficiency services, equipment and training to low-income homeowners - in their largest install ever: Solarthon 2009.

On September 12, I am going to get my hands dirty alongside homeowners and together with hundreds of other volunteers as we install solar electric systems on 16 houses in 1 low-income community in 1 day! 

The CleanTechies team has committed to not only sponsoring 1 of the 16 houses, but also to raising funds that will support GRID Alternatives and the fantastic work they are doing.
