Hello,

I need to ask you for a little help...not for me really, but sort of.  This October I will be running my first marathon.  Yeah!  I am very excited for the personal challenge but also to have the opportunity to run the Chicago Marathon with Team World Vision.  I will not only be accomplishing a personal goal but also working to raise money for a very worthy cause.  A cause that I'm certain we are all passionate about in our hearts but one that also feels too far away for us to touch.  I'm hoping World Vision can provide a hand and reach far enough to touch the lives of those that I can not.

What is World Vision?  "World Vision works to tackle the root causes of poverty by working with children, families, and their communities to provide things like clean water, health care, nutritious food, education, and economic opportunities."
