This summer is the 14th Anniversary of my mother's death from brain cancer. The magic is that she lived 14 years after being diagnosed, and the doctors told her she no more than 6 months. Also, I was 14 years old when she disappeared from my life and that was 14 years ago!

On May 26th, and continuing through the end of August, 'Determined Minds - 14 Weeks for Anne' begins. My goal is to raise $50,000... the best way I can think of to honor my mother, to give thanks for each of the years we had together, and to help other people who sadly face brain cancer as well.
