Happy Holidays My Dear Friends and Family:

Once again, I am taking the plunge for the Harrisburg area's homeless pets.  Every year, thousands of animals are brought to HSHA because they are no longer wanted or cannot be cared for by their owners. HSHA's staff and leadership are committed to caring for these animals who deserve a second chance on life!  

Because HSHA receives its funding from donations - your help is needed.  This economy has been tough on people and therefore, tough on animals.  HSHA struggles every day to make ends meet and to meet their mission to build a better community for pets and people. 

I will do the freezing cold, hard, and wet work of taking the plunge in the Susquehanna River on New Year's Day to show my support of our community's homeless animals but I need YOUR help by donating a pledge to help my efforts. My goal is $2,500 and with your generous donation - we can make that happen.
