CHILDRENS HOSPITAL OF WISCONSIN

Louie's 11th Last Regatta

Charles Emery's/Meltdown Fundraising Page

This year we are dedicating our race to my cousin’s children, Christian and Mycajah Reese Emery. Christian was born 4 ½ years ago with Down Syndrome to Joe and Tammie Emery, and has spent much time at Children’s. Joe & Tammie also have daughter, Mycajah Reese, who has had her share of struggles from birth to now.  In a nutshell, she was not supposed to be born alive, but she was.  She was not supposed to last a month, but she did.   It was iffy she would make it through her 1st open heart surgery, but she has. She is now 14 months young and building strength and endurance for another operation in a couple years, hopefully her last.  She is truly a little fighter and is at this point in her life because of prayer and the doctors and staff at Children’s Hospital. I speak from personal exposure to Children’s Hospital, as some of you may too, that this is definitely a worth while cause. If you have a few extra bucks you may want to “pay it forward” as it will come back some day, some way.

Thanks for your consideration,

Chuck And Jodi Emery
