Thank you for visiting our fund raising page! It is give back time. My assistant coach Brandon and I are challenging our water polo team to help raise funds for Burroughs.

On March 27th we and the rest of the Staples Boys Water Polo team from Westport, CT will be jumping into the freezing waters of Long Island Sound at Jennings Beach in Fairfield, CT at 11 am.. Proceeds of the event benefit all of the families at Burroughs Community Center. I hope you will be able to help us take the plunge by donating to this worthy cause. We are very close to raising enough to build a gym which is much needed for the community. Please help us reach our goal.

At Burroughs a donation of:

-$25 would provide a backpack for a 5th grade Tutoring member

-$50 would purchase notebooks and pencils for the Quick Start Language Center

-$100 would buy cooking supplies for one week of the Kids in the Kitchen program

-$250 would provide basketballs, dodge balls and jump ropes for After School outdoor recreation

-$500 would provide art supplies for the Summer program

-$1,000 would purchase a laptop to complete hundreds of tax returns during the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program
