I am raising money to support lupus research by participating in the Walk for a Cure.  The first walk takes place at Westfield Franklin Park Mall on Saturday, September 29.  I will be participating in the second walk at Findlay Village Mall on October 13th.

I have taken a great interest in this cause because my cousin, who is a close friend, suffers from Lupus.  In an effort to help her in her fight, we have held a Lupus Awareness Day in Piqua, OH and organized a support group for lupus patients, their family, and their friends.  The walk is one more way to battle this terrible disease.
