I am running a 5k at Ohio University on April 24th! This fundraising event is to help kids that need organ transplants. The money will also go towards sending kids to a camp for 4 days in Cincinnati that are either recipients or soon to be recipients of organ transplants.

Details about Miracles for Life®
Funds from the Miracles for Life® 3rd annual Gridiron Gallup 5K Charity Walk & Run will be used to cover the $370 it will cost to send a child age 7-17recovering from a life-saving organ or tissue transplant and parent to the new Miracles for Life® camp for transplant recipient families at Camp Joy Outdoor Educational Center near Cincinnati. Miracles for Life is non-profit 501c3 (Tax ID 75-3060618)
This camp, modeled after the Paul Newman “Hole in the Wall Camps”, will offer teens and children recovering from life-saving tissue and organ transplants an outdoor educational experience that will inspire them to be their greater self.”
