Thank you for your support of our beautiful granddaughter, Lucy, the past four years.  We feel so very blessed to have her in our lives!  She continues to defy the odds, and constantly amazes us with her accomplishments. And, oh my, what a charmer she is! 

We invite you to help us celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness Month--

Join us at the Buddy Walk:  If you are interested in walking and would like to join "Lucy's League", you may register to walk at www.firstgiving.com/dsat   There will be lots of fun activities for kids – petting zoo, Jupiter jumps, free McDonalds food, clowns and much more.

P.S. 90% of the money raised for the Buddy Walk goes to support the local association, and the remaining amount is given to the national association for research and awareness.  DSAT uses the money to fund new parent packets, educate the medical community about Down syndrome, distribute up-to-date literature to schools, libraries, doctors and hospitals, as well as provide support, monthly activities and conference scholarships for families and self-advocates to attend conferences and workshops.
