Hello Friends,
My Chain off this year is Dedicated to all the dogs across the U.S from the East Coast to the West Coast and from the Southern States to the Nothern States and those in between living life on a chain.
Godspeed my furry friends know that for one day a year I try to feel your pain, But only for 24hrs so I can never really know how you truly feel in your lonely, depressive existance as I only get a mere taste of how you must suffer. But each time I see a photo of you or hear a story of you know that my heart bleeds for you. For a passing second I feel the tightness of the collar around my neck and the heavy chain hanging there and feel the cloak of darkness around me and imagine myself again on the chain for those 24hrs I dedicate to you each year and wonder how life on a chain my entire life would feel and agonize over the question why any person would think an existance like that for one of God's Creatures is an existance at all.
I've set my goals high and with your help I can acheive this goal! .
Please help me meet my goal this year and surpass my rival ;0) she knows whom she is *LOL* we've been neck and neck over the years. So let this year be the year that Roads of Hope becomes 1st place in raising funds with your help we can.
Seriously every team that raises awareness for Chained Dogs Across the U.S, Canada and around the world are winners, because in the end it brings awareness to the plight of chained dogs and the torture, loneliness, depression and non-existance they endure on a daily basis. And with doing this hopefully dogs are taken off the chain and into the home to be loved and cared for.
Thank you for supporting Team Roads of Hope Animal Rescue Transport in our 2010 Dogs Deserve Better Chain Off
