Hello again,

It's that time of year, the annual Walk for Paws is coming on May 4th.  This event is held in order to help raise money for the animals.

This is a picture of Shelby.  Shelby is one of five Beagles on the property.  Four of the five were alive and the fifth was found dead.  After having a necropsy done on the deceased Beagle, it was determined that she starved to death.  The other four were emaciated and without access to adequate food, water, or shelter.  There conditions were unsanitary and they were starving for attention.

All of the dogs were surrendered to us and treated by our veterinarian.  They have all gained weight and have been treated for heartworm.  One has been adopted and the other three are waiting patiently for their forever family to find them. 

I charged Shelby's owners with a misdemeanor Animal Cruelty charge and five summary citations each. 

With your donation, it will allow me to continue to go out and get the "bad guys' and continue to help little ones just like Shelby get the care they need.
