DSNetworkAZ has come a long way since its start in 2002 at a kitchen table with parents who wanted to see changes in Arizona for their loved ones with Down syndrome. Our organization has grown and our mission remains the same... to educate, support and advocate for those in our community whose lives are impacted by Down syndrome.

As an organization, DSNetworkAZ provides networking for our families who are in similar situations or have gone through similar situations with their loved one with Down syndrome. DSNetworkAZ also has many programs and events for our families and the community to support:

We at DSNetworkAZ are grateful to maintain a steady and strong support from the families that we are fortunate to share in their lives and the community sponsors and supporters who support our mission and our families. We know that the current economic climate does not always allow for donations, but as a non-profit we are dependent on these continued supports to enable us to maintain the programs we currently offer and the many more that we would like to begin. We are fortunate to be a part of Arizona State University's Homecoming Parade in Tempe, Arizona on October 29. Not only is this a great way to celebrate individuals with Down syndrome and show our support for acceptance and inclusion in the community in front of over 30,000 people, but it is also our largest fundraiser that allows us to provide most of our programs.
