Hi,

My name is Jeremy Martin.  I am trying to raise money for Camp Taylor.  This is a heart camp for kids with heart disease.  You see, I was born with half a heart, my heart did not develope on the right side and I had to have 4 open heart surgeries to keep me alive. I also have no spleen.  So I get sick alot.... My body is different then most. But this doesn't stop me from wanting to have a great time!!  Camp Taylor has giving me the fun, I look forward to each year.  Every summer I get to meet kids like myself, and make child hood memories.  So I'm asking for your help. I want to raise money to keep this wonderful camp going. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.  I Thank You With All The Heart That I Have and More........
