Northern Nevada HOPES is a regional organization dedicated to prevention, education and enhancing the quality of life for those affected by HIV.

We've been in existence for 14 years and help over 800 affected and infected clients in Northern Nevada. We provide a comprehensive array of services including outpatient medical care, pharmacy, social services, supportive services, transportation, housing and a food pantry. We are 1 of only 4 in the nation that offers all of these services in one location! We serve all of Nevada with the exception of the 4 counties surrounding Las Vegas.

As funding cuts continue, we greatly depend on your help to offer primary medical care, keep our food pantry open and cover prescription costs ranging from $1000-$4000 per month! Offering these services helps keep our clients out of the emergency care facilities and saves Nevada taxpayer's money.

Each of us has a child, a grandchild or nieces and nephews...help educate, increase awareness and prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS.

1 in 4 people living in the United States has HIV and does not know  it.

Heterosexual women and teenagers are the fastest growing segment of new HIV cases.

Every 9.5 minutes someone is infected with HIV.
