The City of North Miami Beach is Proud to be the Home of the Humane Society of Greater Miami Sofer and Fine Adoption Center

The Humane Society is located at 16101 West Dixie Highway in the heart of the City of North Miami Beach.  The City is proud to house the facility and of our close relationship with the Humane Society.

The Sofer and Fine Adoption Center cares for approximately 2,500 animals every year, and every animal under its care is safe from the threat of euthenasia for as long as it takes to find them a loving home.

 In addition to adoptions,the facility offers low cost spay/neuter, preventive clinic, humane education, and pet therapy.

The Humane Society of Greater Miami does not receive funding from government agencies or from any other animal welfare organizations, but instead relies solely on private donations and fundraising events like the Walk for the Animals.
