Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!! In the spirit of the 2005 Holiday Season, I am asking for your help in raising money for a wonderful cause.

On January 15, 2006, I will be running in the 3rd Annual P.F. Chang's Rock-n-Roll Half-Marathon in Phoenix, AZ. I am participating with the "Miracles in Motion" team sponsored by Phoenix Children's Hospital. I am assisting with fundraising efforts to raise money for PCH. Donations go towards patient care for families who cannot afford medical care. I participated in MIM last year with my dear friend, Dixie Love, who works at PCH. I had a wonderful time raising money for a great charity, meeting new friends, and running in tune to several rockin' bands along the 13.1 mile course.

This will be another great challenge for me. I have run in thirteen half-marathons and the 2002 New York City Marathon, which is perhaps the most significant achievement in my lifetime. It is a daily reminder that I am blessed to have my health and that anything is possible if you work hard enough. This upcoming race will be a great starting point for me in achieving my goal of running another full marathon in 2006, which I'm determined and hopeful that I will do.
Thanks to many supportive friends and family, I raised almost $1000 for the kids at PCH last year. This year I would like to do the same.
