Hey ya'll, welcome to my page! This is the second year that I am participating in the Plunge. Last year I raised quite a bit of money, over $300 (enough money to buy at least a metric ton of used plastic bags, or get a really sweet wig). I am trying to top that, so this year I'm setting my goal at $500.

This is where ya'll (I like that word) come in. I need donations from everyone. Last year, I made a deal with my donators; for every dollar donated, I would stay in the lake for one minute. Unfortunately, I was not able to follow through on this because a family emergency took me out of state during the event (turns out I wouldn't have been allowed to stay in the water for that long anyway, due to safety/liability issues). However, this year I have devised a different plan; the top donator will be allowed to dictate what I wear when I take the Plunge this year.

That's right, the top donator will get to pick my Plunge costume. Always had a weird fetish about Abraham Lincoln diving into a freezing lake? Make it come true! I will dress in whatever costume my top donator requests and have one of the coordinators take pictures as I make an absolute fool of myself in 35 degree water (Please remember that this is to benefit the Special Olympics and there will be children present, so please show appropriate taste in your costume requests. No bondage or Nazi's or, well, you get the point). I will be in contact with the top donator a couple days before the Plunge so I will have time to get the costume together.
