Jackson is a very sepcial little boy to us and we know that if you met him you would think the same.  Jackson has Autism and he is a runner.  The first time he ran his sister was only 2 mo. old. I had to choose between leaving her unattended or letting Jackson run into the street with a car comming toward him.  I had to leave my doughter sitting by my car and pray she would be alright.  I caught up to Jackson right before a car almost hit him.  He has not stopped running since.  I cannont take both of my children to the store at the same time, I cannot even take them to the park. 

A service dog from Autism Service Dogs of America will not only keep Jackson safe; but will also enhance his learning in the classroom.  While the benefits of service dogs for children with ASD varies from child to child, early results indicate that all children served by a trained canine companion demonstrated marked improvement in mood, socialization, learning, safety adn general development.

Jackson has so much potential and we want to give him all the help we can.  Please give what you can even if it is just your prayers. We beleive Autism Service Dogs of America can help by giving Jackson a canine companion and friend who is specifically trainedto help him through the difficult years all the way into adulthood.
