The Humane Society of Young County celebrated their 29th anniversary on May 30th!  It's been a long road up to this point and we still have a long road ahead.  We've made a difference in a lot of animals lives, but there are still so many homeless animals out there. 

Right now, we are over-capacity.  There are WAY TOO MANY animals to find homes for.  We have almost completed an expansion in the back of the shelter, but we still need a lot more room.  Our facility needs some updating to provide a more functional reception area and an expanded cat area. 

We are in desperate need of a "Shelter Make-Over"!  If you could please help, any amount would be so greatly appreciated!  Also, if  you could donate time and/or materials, please let us know!  The shelter tel# is 940-549-1692.
