Cindy Marsh's Fundraising Page
About 4 1/2 years ago I discovered the wonderful world of Bassets when I adopted Rosie & Tucker from Basset Rescue. Well, I fell head over heels in love with the breed and a year later I adopted Miles.
They brought me so much joy and laughter that I decided to become involved in helping others of their kind by volunteering for GGBR. It has been one of the most rewarding things I've ever done!
Golden Gate Basset Rescue has helped hundreds of homeless Basset Hounds both young and old find loving forever homes of their very own. Of course, that doesn't come without a price. Each Basset that comes into GGBR is examined by a vet, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested for heartworm. For some that's all that's needed, yet others require more extensive medical care or even behavior assessment and modification.
Every dollar that GGBR takes in goes to helping the Bassets we rescue. It all adds up so no donation is too small!
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
If you'd prefer to mail your tax deductible donation you can do so by sending it to:

And don't forget to join us on July 4th in Novato, Ca where we'll be waddling in the annual parade spreading smiles and laughter and of course bringing awareness to our cause.
Thank you!
