HELP! 

I'll do the pedaling (and the sitting!!), but I need your help to raise money for the Mary Bridge Sexual Abuse Treatment Center's Foundation.  I'm going to be riding in the 18th Annual Courage Classic Bicycle Tour this August 1-3.  it will be my 4th Courage Classic ride, but the last time I did it (in 1995) I was a gazillion years younger.  

Right now I am working hard to convince my legs and my seat that I can do it again!!!

This ride is a 3 day, 172 mile ride that traverses the Cascade Mountains including Snoqualmie, Blewett and Stevens Passes.  It's a beautiful ride - with Lots of ups - like some 8000 feet in elevation gain -  and some pretty exciting downs and last year alone it raised more than $640,000 for the Child Abuse Treatment Center.

This ride is fun and helps me meet my personal goal of getting into better shape - but much more importantly, the funds raised are used to help children in Pierce County who have been abused.  The Center provides treatment to more than 500 child abuse victims every year - which is a number which sickens me - but will only decrease if we all do what we can to treat the victims and break the cycle.
