On December 22, 2007 Heller passed away due to an undiagnosed brain tumor.  He was nine years old.

In honor of Heller's loving memory, his family has asked everyone to celebrate his short life by doing a random act of kindness on that day, December 22.  

I hope that this small act of kindness, of a donation of any size, will help find a cure for this devastating illness.
