I proudly work for Columbia Legal Services (CLS). CLS is a nonprofit law firm that protects and defends the legal and human rights of low-income people.CLS represents people and organizations in Washington State with critical legal needs who have no other legal assistance available to them. CLS is part of the Alliance for Equal Justice, a coalition of Washington legal services providers working to address the critical legal needs of low-income people. Some of you may or may not know that funding sources for civil legal aide services that combat urgent legal problems is drying up; therefore, Charitable contributions are more important than ever.
If every single one of us puts our engergy, strength, knowledge, and heart together, regardles of our many different opinions and beliefs, we can overcome absolutely anything! I’m certain that we all want a stronger, happier and healthy life for ourselves, for our family, and for our children and grandchildren, who are our future!
You may never know personally whose heart and life you have touched and changed in a positive way with your contribution, but life works in misterious ways and the great feeling you get when you donate, is the same great feeling that a person in need feels when another extends their hand to them and says, with a smile on their face “take my hand, I will help you”. This help and these words can only be accomplished with your support.
