When it comes to PH, patients need better treatments, continued support in their fight, and ultimately a cure. I've been really lucky to benefit greatly from all the advances that have been made, but Pulmonary Hypertension continues to be a very serious and life-threatening disease. Every day I am reminded about that through the lives of the other patients I've grown to care so much about, and the daily challenges I also face.

This Zumbathon is a way for me to celebrate the fact that I've been blessed with incredible improvement as well as a way integrate the fitness community and friends and family into the quest for a cure.

I'm very active in the PH community, networking with patients, and even recently taking a seat on the Board of Trustees for the Pulmonary Hypertension Assocation. To see what else I've been up to, check out the attached YouTube video as well.
