Hello everyone!
I will be doing a hospice walk this coming up Sunday, Nov 8th, to support Gulfside Regional Hospice.  They are the wonderful people who helped my Grandpa so much during the last months of his life.   They were all so wonderful I could not have imagined going thru everything without them. They truly helped us to understand what he was going thru in the end stages of COPD and were so comforting to him as well as our family.  They visited him at home to check on him, then they visited him at the ALF to check on him and then finally when we moved him to the hospice house, they were exceptional.  From the hugs, to the prayers to the singing pastor that came to visit him.  They allowed my Grandpa to transistion from this life to heaven with the dignity and peace he deserved, all while being surrounded by loved ones.   I will always miss him and I am grateful to be able to do something to help hospice continue being able to help others when they need help the most.
