The Doggie Paddle Plunge Is Back By Popular Demand…
And You’re Invited!
Can the Animals count on you to Freeze Your Tail Off For Them?
On Saturday, March 17, the fun people will be plunging into the freezing cold water at Great Island Common in New Castle to show their support for the NHSPCA and the animals we care for. Last year a small group of 21 people kicked off the inaugural Doggie Paddle Plunge and raised over $6,000. This year we hope to more than double the participation, with a goal of 50 Plungers!
Registration will begin at 11 am, indoors at the New Castle Recreation Center where we’ll provide coffee and nibbles. The plunge will be at Noon followed by lunch in the recreation center.
Each registered Plunger will receive a NHSPCA beach towel. "Cool" prizes will be awarded for fundraising. We’ll also have a prize for best costume and most St. Patrick’s Day inspiration.
Register today. Come, Plunge, Save Lives!!!
This Year's Doggie Paddle Plunge is Sponsored by Jackson Lewis! Our Deepest Thanks to Them For Their Support!
