Hi All,

I’m a little late to the game, but this Sunday, September 13, 2009 I will join thousands of fellow employees, spouses, and friends for the 11th Annual Walk to Cure Cancer. This walk raises money to support research at UMass Memorial Cancer Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

It's a short five miles, but it has raised nearly $6 million over the past 11 years. Last year, Team Shriver (The Eunice Kennedy Shriver Center) was 35 people-strong. Out of the thousands who walked (including me!), we contributed almost 1% to the total raised! It's such a good indicator of the difference a small group can make. We're close to surpassing last year's total. Please help me add to the efforts.
