Thanks so much for visiting my fundraising page. On August 9th, I will be leading a team of Barclays runners and their families in our annual fundraising effort for the Boston Ronald McDonald House.  Our Barclays team will be running the 7 mile Falmouth Race on Cape Cod.  The House provides a low cost place to stay for those families who have a child that has been stricken with cancer.  Given the huge emotional challenges that families face when dealing with a child with cancer,it is nice to know that the House will provide a safe,comfortable place for them to stay.    Last year our team raised over $80,000.  The changes in our economy have certainly placed increased pressures on everyone,so any help is hugely appreciated by the House and those families that is serves.  The cost per day that is charged to a family staying at the house is approximately $15 per day and is purely optional.  The costs incurred for this non-profit are covered by this and other events.
