On March 19 we will be participating in the LA 5K on behalf of the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation. Please support the Foundation -- 100% of your donation will help fund groundbreaking research to find a cure for carcinoid and related neuroendocrine cancers! 

Just recently, the Foundation announced the results of a research project at John Hopkins in which CFCF-funded researchers discovered several key mutations in pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.  These findings will bring increased understanding of neuroendocrine cancers, the first step in developing targeted, effective therapies. This is great news and we've got to keep the momentum going!!!
