This will be the second year that I will walk in the

IOWA CITY - HOSPICE WALK FOR DIGNITY.

As most of you know my mother, Sylvia Illene Holbrook, passed away two years ago and without the help of Hospice, we wouldn't of been able to let her pass with the dignity she deserved.  Her wish was to stay at home as long as she could and Hospice helped us grant that wish! 

I really hate to solicit donations, however this is a truly worthy cause and if you are able to donate you can rest assured that your gift will be put to good use. 

Any gift big or small is most welcome. Remember that this is a tax-deductible donation!
