Here's Lily's story!

I told Lily about the earthquake in Haiti and told her that they would need lots of help. 

Lily, the caring soul that she is, asked, “What kind of help do they need?”. 

I said that "They will need food, clean drinking water, and medical supplies and I assume some money to help get these items."

She said “I’d like to give them some of my money.” 

I said, “That’s great Lily! Whatever you donate, I will give the same amount.”


That’s when she decided to ask others to do the same. My shy little girl got on the phone and started calling family and friends and even knocked on some neighbors doors. Anyone she could think of got a call. Look at what this little girl can do! I'm so proud of her efforts and thoughtfulness.
