Da Eun Lee's fundraising for Sierra Leone Trip
Hey friends,
First of all, I would like to say THANK YOU for visiting this site. Thank you for being generous enough to spend your time reading what im writing here :)
This coming winter break (December 17th) I am leaving to Sierra Leone for ten days with ten Clark Social Entrepreneurship club members, students, and Seven Hills staffs to help digging well, give physical affections to orphan babies, and raise awareness of maternal death and health quality in Sierra Leone.
Women in Sierra Leone are dying at an alaring rate during child birth. According to Amnesty Internation, the maternal death rate is 1:8 -one of the highest in the world. The Sierra Leone health care system faces many challenges including poor infrastructure, inadequate qualified manpower, poor supply of clean water and more. As Clark students, it is our goal to help build an international partnership between Fresh-Hope Ministires and Seven Hills and work towards bettering the lives of the women and children in Sierra Leone.
For this life-changing trip to happen, I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. I need to fundraise for $2000 over the next three months. This will cover my plane tickets, food, and housing for ten days in Bo, Sierra Leone.
I promise I will never let you guys down. I promise you that each and every penny that you donate to me WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE for women and children in Sierra Leone. I will work as hard as i can.
I appreaciate your donations and thank you for being a part of my first life-changing global outreach trip to Sierra Leone :) I love you all <3<3<3
