Walking and raising funds for Lupus is a cause that is near and dear to my heart.  For those who don't know, my mom was diagnosed with Lupus in 1995.  Also, several of my closest friends have also been battling against this illness. 

With that said, I'll keep this short and brief :-)  I'm kicking off my countdown to this year's walk which will be held on September 29, 2012.  Any financial support that you contribute will be greatly appreciated as WE (remember, it takes a village) raise funds to continue the important research that is ongoing in an effort to discover a cure for Lupus.
