So here's the deal.  I've never run a marathon before.  It will be a challenge and a great chance to learn a lot about myself.  I've written more about that here.  I'm not just running for myself though - I want to help World Vision raise money for the great work they do around the world.  Click here for a bit more about World Vision.  

Where do you come in?  Well I'm sure you've got some extra money you could donate.  Think of it as an investment in the fact that I will most certainly be in excruciating pain for many miles/hours - you can live the agony and joy of a marathon race in the comfort of your own home vicariously through me!  And to be honest, it's just a great excuse to be generous - so please help me reach my goal of $1,000 - it's really only $38/mile - you can support me for a couple miles can't you?
