It is so hard to believe that Evan is 4 this year!  I think back to the first Buddy Walk that he wasn't even able to attend because he was sick and dad stayed home to care for him to today.  What a difference three years has made.  His personality shines through and we love and cherish him.

This year is also special because the photo on this page was chosen for the NY Times Square Buddy Walk this year.  We are all so excited!  Wish we could go!  The photo is from his 4th b-day party and he is eating his Nemo cake.....or as Evan says 'Moe' 

I will never forget after we sang Happy b-day he was standing over his candles and blew them all out and put his little arm at his tummy and bowed.....it was unforgettable.

He has made so much progress over the last year.  Preschool has been wonderful and we made it through a winter without being hospitalized!  (only two tube surgeries) nothing like pnemonia or RSV this year! 

Evan has done so many things over the past year such as tubing at the lake with his dad and brother, riding on rides at Adventureland, playing soccer with OFC, and learning to swim in a life jacket.   I can't wait to see what Evan has in store for us next.

The Buddy Walk this year will be on October 9, 2010 at UNO at 12:00pm! Last year we had an amazing turn out! I have set our goal this year for $500.00 so that we can raise that much money to go to ODSPN. We have gained a wealth of information, support and friendships through ODSPN. This money goes back to the families involved through programs, education and activities.
