Pet overpopulation is an overwhelming problem in the United States and in Minnesota with millions of pets being euthanized annually.  MN SNAP has created a system to reach those in need of help in order to alter their pets and avoid contributing to this tragedy.  Spay and neuter efforts are the key to overcoming this problem.
