2011 Hike for Haccamo

Dear Friends of Camp Haccamo,

I’m taking part in the 2011 Hike for Haccamo to raise money for HANDICAPPED CHILDREN'S CAMP FOR MONROE COUNTY, INC - please consider making a donation by visiting my FirstGiving page: http://www.firstgiving.com/fundraiser/daniel-barletta/2011hikeforhaccamo?fge=ask

You can donate online with a credit card. All donations are secure and sent directly to HANDICAPPED CHILDREN'S CAMP FOR MONROE COUNTY, INC by FirstGiving, who will email you a printable record of your donation.

This year the Walk steering committee has decided not to hold the 10K run. I have been told that they have not been getting enough runners, but in my mind, I think they have heard that I have been running weekly and they have become scared of my running abilities!

Eventhough the "Run" will not happen, I plan on running 10K during the walk. I have a "Nike" running chip that I can track my distance and time and will do 10 K. If you are a runner you are welcome to join me. There will be no awards just the satisfaction that you are helping a very worthy organization serve children and young adults with special needs.
