I know in this economic climate things are tough.  So even if you can't donate, please send your support.  I am training to complete the REV3 Half Ironman Triathlon on June 7th in Connecticut to raise money for the V Foundation for cancer research.  It is a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and a 13.1 mile run.  100% of the money will go to research. 

I will begin updating this page as often as possible to let everyone know how the training is progressing.

On the 26th of April, I ran a half marathon(13.1 miles).  It was the first time I've ever run more than 10 miles.  I finished in 1:59:28.  Then on Tuesday the 28th, I swam a mile for the first time ever (50:06).  I can't thank everyone enough for their support. 

Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
