Ellison Purnick 2011
Dear Friends and Family,
It is time to ROMP!
Each year we have been truly grateful and overwhelmed by your support and participation at the Romp for Research. This year, with your help, we hope to raise even more funds and awareness for the Down Syndrome Research and Treatment Foundation (DSRTF)!
The Romp For Research is an event that strives to raise awareness and funds supporting the DSRTF's efforts to improve the well being and independence of those living with Down syndrome. The Romp will include music, games, arts and crafts, food, drink, goody bags and prizes for people of all ages.
This years Romp will be held at Asphalt Green, 555 East 90th Street (York Avenue between 90th and 92nd Streets) in Manhattan on Sunday, October 2nd., at 2:30 pm. SORRY — ASPHALT GREEN DOES NOT PERMIT DOGS.
To learn more about the DSRTF go to their website http://www.dsrtf.org/ and if you haven't already, take a look at the New York Times Magazine Article "A Drug for Down Syndrome." www.nytimes.com/2011/07/31/magazine/a-fathers-search-for-a-drug-for-down-syndrome.html
We hope to see you at this years Romp! and if you would like to make a contribution please follow the simple-to-use steps on this site.
Love,
The Purnick Family
