Hi, my name is Daniella Haak and I'm a student at Montgomery Highschool. In my English class, my classmates and I were given a project called E.P.I.C., where we must challenge ourselves or make a diffence for something we feel compassionate about. I chose to raise money and awareness for Farm Sanctuary because I believe all animals are living, feeling beings who are just as capable of suffering from isolation, fear, and neglect as a dog or a cat. 

Farm Sanctuary is a real place that exists in Glen Watkins, NY and Orland, CA. They care for abused, neglected, down animals, and animals that have escaped slaughterhouses that are found wandering on highways. Farm sanctuary has a website you can visit to learn about all they do: www.farmsanctuary.org  -educate yourself!
