Thank You for your support. As many of you know my family is from Haiti and I appreciate your help tremendously.
I have taken a strong interest in helping rebuild Haiti since the recent earthquakes. Thankfully my family is safe, however Haiti has been completely devastated and needs our help to recover from this disaster. Haiti is a magical country and the Haitian people are strong and resilient. With our help Haitians can overcome this tragedy and begin to rebuild for the future.
We are actively looking for corporate sponsors to match the money that we raise through this initiative. If you know anyone interested in sponsoring us, please let me know.
Haiti will need our help for a long time and I urge you to CONTINUE TO GIVE WHAT YOU CAN. We have a responsibility to make sure that the Haitian people are not abandoned once the news coverage dies down. You have all been so generous already, however the spirit of giving must continue to grow if Haiti is to rebuild its infrastructure and come out of this disaster a stronger nation. The world must not forget that even before the earthquake, the people of Haiti- one of the poorest nations on Earth- needed our compassion and support. PLEASE CONTINUE TO GIVE WHAT YOU CAN.
