I had so much fun last year that I have decided to take the plunge again!  If you are new to my page... I will be participating and raising money for the Special Olympics.  Our team name is Team Lily who happens to be my niece and  was born with downs syndrom, she is a very special and loving girl who has brought great joy to our lives.  So please help me reach my goal not just for her but for the many others here in Michigan!

The Polar Plunge is made possible by the Law Enforcement Torch Run®, a group of police officers and corrections personnel committed to raising funds and awareness for SOMI. Proceeds from the Polar Plunge support the year-round sports training and athletic competition for more than 20,679 children and adults with intellectual disabilities who live in Michigan.

I have committed to support the athletes of Special Olympics Michigan by taking the plunge in 2012. Polar Plunges are a fun and unique way to support Special Olympics Michigan.
