Now I am King Ming.  El Rey Fido, or ERF for short.  I was an orphan at the Humane Society until Cynthia and Dave adopted me.  Now I am a happy, joyful Pekingese. 

I am "ruling" on the Royal Court as El Rey Fido to support the Bexar County Humane Society.  This wonderful shelter is a beautiful and uplifting place where I regained my health and found a forever home with Dave and Cynthia. I had a b b gun injury on my head when they adopted me and now a have a royal crown. 

The coronation was great!  I got to see all of my friends.  The Flanary's, Slocums, Necks and Davids were there.  Power women Jan King and Cindy Blackmon were there too!

I really enjoyed my many media appearances.  My most challenging one was on the radio.  I am very appreciative for the support of Jack FM, WOAI Channel 4, Fox 29, and Kens Channel 5.  The State School Parade was fun and I got held by Miss San Antonio 2009  and pet by pretty dancing girls and state school fiesta participants!  Tomorrow: on to the Clark High School Parade at 1 o'clock.
