I took the Plunge in 2009 to raise money for Special Olympics and plan on jumping into 40 degree water again in 2011.  Please donate whatever you can to support Special Olympics and my quest to freeze my butt off in February. 

I will forward a before and after of myself to all who donate to this wonderful cause.   I will be dressing up as the "Man in the Yellow Hat" (Curious George), so it should be a good picture for you to blackmail me with in the future. 

Special Olympics changes lives by benefiting more than 9,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities across  Virginia and impacts communities in many powerful ways. Your donation to Special Olympics Virginia through this event is vital in making transformation possible and changing views about people with intellectual disabilities. Special Olympics Virginia uses sports as a catalyst to change society’s perceptions and treatment of people with intellectual disabilities.
