Dear  friends, family and members of the 224th,

As the 2nd anniversary of our sojourn in Quantico approaches, I am seizing the opportunity to solicite your support of my participation in the 2008 Police Unity Tour.  To the left you will find a brief description of this most worthy cause.
I have for years admired the effort of those who participate in the  PUT and desired to join our Western New York Team.  Up until 2007, I always found plenty of excuses not the least of which is my advancing age with its attendant physical issues.  Those excuses dissolved however, in 2007, when my daughter, a 3 year veteran of the department (pictured with me above), jumped in with both feet basically pushing me "over the edge.
I would later be very thankful for this as it ranked right up there in terms of meaningful experiences being worth every bit of effort it took to train and raise the necessary $1800.00 it takes to join.  In 2008, I am hoping you can help by using this extremely easy form of donating.  Please know that any & all help will be greatly appreciated.  With much regard,
