Awareness Goals:

1. Everyone in the world will know Chiari Malformation and its symptoms. 2. All medical professionals, worldwide, will have access to research providing new treatments and awareness for Chiari. 3. Teachers will be given information to help the recognition of early symptoms of Chiari. 4. When anyone sees a zipper with a blue ribbon, they will realize it is a symbol for Chiari.

 

Support Goals:

1. Everyone that has been diagnosed with Chiari will have an online platform to communicate with people that have shared similar experiences, and will now be able to offer support to one another. 2. People that are newly diagnosed are sent, by their doctors, to our website or given our phone number to get the support each Chiari patient deserves. 3. Through fundraisers and community support, The Chiari Center Foundation Hope Scholarships will enable people with a financial need to get the right treatment they deserve.

 

Research Goals:

1. Work with doctors and medical professionals that are in the top of their fields to assist in finding treatments for Chiari. 2. With the help of Chiari patients and doctors, we will achieve a thorough list of Chiari symptoms. 3. Help discover what exactly causes Chiari in fetal development to find a cure, or a way to prevent Chiari.
